I’ve spent years trying to soothe my own anxiety, studying and training in yoga, mindfulness, sound therapy and breathwork. Over the last 20 years I’ve drawn from a wide range of sources to build myself a toolkit of calming practices.
I had no idea that I was neurodiverse until relatively recently. Being diagnosed with ADHD has only reinforced my gratitude for the strength I draw from my daily practices. They each offer a unique way for me to become more present in the moment and feel more at ease.
